Mons. REY

Bishop Dominique Rey was born on Sept. 21, 1952 in Loire, France. He earned a doctorate in canon law and theology from Institut Catholique in Paris, was ordained as priest in 1984 at Notre Dame (Paris), and consecrated as Bishop for the Diocese of Frejus-Toulon on Sept. 17, 2000. Bishop Rey holds membership in both the Episcopal Commission and the Emmanuel Community.
